Arecon Data is in the developing stages of our Arecon Communications Service piece. This technology will bridge the gap between vendors and customers within the Oil and Gas industry but it also has the capability to extend into many other facets as well. Using the cloud, Arecon Data’s software plus services business model allows vendors who use their software to securely publish their data to our cloud database. This also gives customers the ability to subscribe to this database and view only their assets across all of their vendor’s locations.
There is a huge disconnect between the E&P companies and vendors managing their assets and this is the solution. This is bleeding edge technology that will give not only the oil and gas industry, but all industry’s a breath of fresh air. The communication piece is still in progress, but within the next 6 months it will be available to the public. Bridging this gap could save companies in the billions of dollars a year. Arecon Data does not plan on stopping there however. More technology is set to be released that will organize and standardize the way the oil and gas industry does business. These pieces along with the already robust Tally Wizard asset management software offer a clean and high tech solution to an industry problem.
